CFI conducted a survey of approximately 1000 smart phone users in the United States (U.S.). However, states can not put aside the survey operator services used by each handset. These surveys assess customer satisfaction purely on the handset.

The survey, using the American Customer Satisfaction Index to compare smart phones in circulation in the community with the highest value of 100.

Result, the iPhone took the top spot with a value of 83, while Android phones like HTC made the same score, namely 77. Meanwhile, Blackberry only scored 73 on the Palm treo who scored 70. Meanwhile, mobile phones based on Symbian and Windows Mobile just to score 66.

“Consumers expect anything from the phone, and the iPhone represents what is desired by most consumers,” said Doug Helmreich, program director with CFI Group as reported by Cellular-news, Friday (2/10/2009).

iPhone, also reached the highest value for the phone with the most loyal users. “92 percent of respondents said the iPhone is a phone that is ideal, and 90 percent of consumers recommend it,” said Helmreich.
